Sometimes life happens in ways that feel impossible to deal with. Maybe you’re looking to make sense of it, for help, for a way through it.
I’ve had hundreds of conversations with people trying to reconnect with their lives. In every conversation, I listen closely to learn what living well means for them—and I’ve never found any two answers that are alike.
Which is why I hold space for the things that need pause and understanding, not just coping.
The way forward looks different for everyone— and finding yours is what this work is about.

The Therapy Process
Therapy is a process of discovery and progress, shaped around you. Here's what that journey looks like.
#1
Define: What has been weighing on you?
Tell your story. It starts where you are at; Find clarity for what you want to change, heal, or move forward with.
#2
Balance: We find what helps, and what’s holding you back
Find what hurts and what brings relief. Growth is spurred by both challenging patterns that aren’t serving you and affirming or reinforcing parts of you. It's not one or the other — it's about finding the right balance for you.
#3
Refine: Build a new way of living
We put it all together. Lasting change comes from refining what we discover about ourselves— creating a new approach to life and to living well, on your own terms.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is grounded in Psychodynamic x Humanistic modalities, and the concept of Emotional Function.
A person’s unconscious drives and present awareness—when harnessed well—work together to create future potential and self-actualisation.
In therapy, that means looking backward, forward and inward. It’s discovery and progress all in one.
-
Psychodynamic therapy explores the patterns beneath what you're experiencing now — often rooted in earlier experiences — so you understand not just what's happening, but why it keeps happening.
-
Humanistic therapy meets you as a whole person, grounded in the present and oriented toward where you're headed — not a set of symptoms to fix.
It's built on empathy and the belief that you already hold the capacity for growth; therapy simply creates the space for that to unfold, at your own pace
-
Every emotion serves a function. Rather than treating emotions as something to regulate or manage, this approach helps you understand what each one is telling you, so you can respond to your life with more clarity instead of less.
